SNOWMAN TREK

This trek goes to the remote Lunana district and considered as the most challenging trek in Bhutan. The attributes those make it a tough trek are ; distances, altitudes, weather and remoteness.

Season : The Snowman trek is frequently closed because of snow and is almost impossible during winter. The recommended season for this trek is mid June to mid October.

Day 03 : Thimphu – Punakha / Tashithang
Day 04 : Tashithang – Damji
Day 05 : Damji – Gasa
Day 06 : Gasa – Chamsa
Day 07 : Chamsa – Laya
Day 08 : Rest day at Laya
Day 09 : Laya – Rhodophu
Day 10 : Rhodophu – Tarina
Day 11 : Tarina – Woche
Day 12 : Woche – Lhedi
Day 13 : Lhedi – Thanza
Day 14 : Rest day at Thanza
Day 15 : Thanza – Tshorim
Day 16 : Tashorim – Gangkar Puensum Base Camp
Day 17 : Gangkar Puensum base camp
Day 18 : Gangkar Puensum Base Camp – Geshe Woma
Day 19 : Geshe Woma – Warathang
Day 20 : Warathang – Dur Tshachu
Day 21 : Dur Tshachu – Tshochenchen
Day 22 : Tshochenchen – Dru – Bumthang (Jakar)
Day 23 : Bumthang
Day 24 : Bumthang – Trongsa
Day 25 : Trongsa – Paro
Day 26 : Paro
Day 27 : Paro depart
